You need a driver for you reader. Open source CCID driver does not
currently support it, see http://pcsclite.alioth.debian.org/
section.html for information. PC/SC compatibility probably means
windows compatibility, for other PC/SC implementations you need a
proper driver.

If it is a supported reader, Ludovic will add it to the CCID driver
and the next release/svn version will support it, for this to happen
you need to send the whole output.txt
