[Muscle] inexpensive pci express card that works with muscle
and DoD cards?

Seems to work fine now, for whatever reason. Maybe an old fashioned
reboot was all that was necessary.
After I installed the card, rebooted to XP and used it, then booted back
into Linux, it works.
