[Muscle] inexpensive pci express card that works with muscle and DoD cards?

I bought it.  I was wondering, if I have everything set up already to
use the USB reader and that works fine, what's necessary to be done,
other than plugging it in on my F10 Machine, to use this expresscard
with pcscd/ccid instead?
