[Muscle] inexpensive pci express card that works with muscle and DoD cards?

I am currently using activcard 2 usb readers with my DoD card to check 
my email, etc, with my dell e1505.

I was wondering, as it has a pci express slot and not pcmcia, what 
inexpensive express cards work well with muscle/pcsc-lite so that I 
could use coolkey with them and check my DoD email, not having to lug 
around an external usb device?
