[Muscle] Big CCID readers matrix

Hello,

Since I have too many CCID readers (140) in different lists I decided
to organize the information a bit.
I also wanted to be able to compare the different readers according to
the characteristics they provide in their CCID descriptor.

The big matrix is available at [1]. You can sort the readers using any
of the columns.

If you have idea(s) to improve the presentation please help.

Note: the pages are not web 2.0 and I am not a HTML/CSS expert :-)
