The other key parameter you need to consider - performance. How many signatures per second do you need?
I've had good luck with the JCOP41 (72k) cards. They're triple interface - Wireless, ISO7816 and USB. You can punch them out of the card and place them in a USB dongle. USA Smartcard www.usasmartcard.com has these for $33 Q1 pricing. These work well with the standard musclecard applet as well as the v2 applet.
