[Muscle] Looking for a new token solution

I am currently looking for a new smart card solution. The requirements
are as follows:

1) Must be a USB token as we store them internally in servers
2) Must be able to generate at least 2048 bit RSA keys
3) Be a java card and works with the muscle applet
4) Be available to purchase in small quantities (around 10 per year)

Can anyone recommend a product that meets these needs?

Also I have been playing around with the Oberthur Cosmo Id Token
thinking this would meet my needs but I have been unable to load the
muscle applet on it (acutally I have been unable to get the token to
talk to linux at all). Has anyone ever played with the card and had any
success with it under linux?
