[Muscle] Two problems about SCardControl API on Mac OS X 10.5

Hi all,

There are two problems about SCardControl API on Mac OS X 10.5 PCSC.framework:
1. Whether the size of parameter pbRecvBuffer has the length limited in PCSC.framework? When I use the SCardControl, if the size of pbRecvBuffer is longer than 256,  SCardControl can not recieve anyting from pbRecvBuffer. It just is hanged on and returns 0x80100013 after 2 minutes.
2 Whether the SCardControl will timeout when it doesn't recieve anything from driver after 2 minutes.
