[Muscle] Help needed to test pcsc-perl on Windows

Hello,

I am about to release a new version of pcsc-perl (PC/SC wrapper for
Perl). I would like to have people trying to compile it (and possibly
test it) under Windows. A bug [1] is open in CPAN about building it on
Windows but I have no clue what the problem is.

The software (not yet official) is available at [2].
