[Muscle] GlobalPlatform (2.1.1) Card and Unique ID

Hi all,

I need a clarification on how to obtain (construct) the unique ID for 
cards based on Athena OS755.
using APDU 80 ca 9f 7f 00 I can get various chip characteristics. Is it 
enough to use EEPROM serial number as an unique   ID or I have to 
constuct it using other field as well? For example: Card unique ID = 
Integrated circuit ROM fabricator + Integrated circuit ROM type+EEPROM 
batch identifier+EEPROM serial number
