[Muscle] getUID HEX command?

I've this card: 3b 95 95 40 ff ae 01 03 00 00 (Axalto, thnx to  
Ludovic's list :-)) and I want to know its unique ID, but with a HEX  
command...is there specific or general (standard) command to ask UID  
from a smartcard?
