[Muscle] Going insane with multiple user/pass prompts for libcoolkey and webmail.ncmi.navy.mil

I've found that Mozilla SeaMonkey works much better with NMCI webmail than Firefox on Fedora, for whatever reason.  Doesn't seem to have that problem.
