[Muscle] Going insane with multiple user/pass prompts for libcoolkey and webmail.ncmi.navy.mil

I use libcoolkey to check NMCI mail at https://webmail.nmci.navy.mil

but often, EVERY SINGLE TIME I click on a new link inside the OWA,
despite saving the password, it prompts for user/pass and both are
blank.  

I am on an F8 machine.  I tried talking to the author of firefox's DoD
configuration add on, but he needs me to explain more of what is going
on.  Can anyone tell me if there's some way to get around this
silliness?
