[Muscle] Error formatting the card using muscleTool

Hi!

I am trying to format the card using muscleTool, but it is being showed the
following error:

$ muscleTool
MuscleCard shell - type "help" for help.
muscleTool > tokens
   1.    MuscleCard Applet

ListTokens Success.
muscleTool > format 1
ERR: EstablishConnection Failed ! (0x9C60 Sharing violation)

What is the reason for this?

I loaded the version 0.9.8 of CardEdge.cap to the card and I am using the
version 2.1.0 of muscleTool.
