[Muscle] OT: Global Platform queries?

G'day,

Perhaps off-topic, but: if I wanted to implement a Global Platform specification, where would I go for finding out further information?

Specifically, I'm trying to understand the interation of logical channels and secure messaging and various (SELECT, GET RESPONSE, MANAGE CHANNEL) commands, which is not really MUSCLE or OpenSC related.

There's no Global Platform mailing list or forum that I can find (well there is a mailing list but it's for for publishing news releases rather than for conversation).

Or maybe there's a reference implementation available?

Any help appreciated.
