[Muscle] linux ubuntu smart card authentication

I purchased the cryptoflex e-gate 32k card
I followed the guide to initiate the card:

everything worked fine. I did not create any keys (although I tested it
and after that start over with no keys) because I am not sure if this is
required for the next steps (PAM authentication module)

Now I want to use pam smart card authentication.

I downloaded tinyca and pam module.
I created new CA and created a cert for my self.
What do I do next. How do I move those files to the card?
Is above procedure correct?
I am assuming that once I have keys and cert objects on the card I can
start configuring the pam pkcs module.
