[Muscle] Which blank smartcard to purchase?

Hi,

I looked for info at Google and the MUSCLE's list archive but couldn't find
anything about it. I got a smartcard reader ready and I am going to buy the
smartcards, which one should I buy? Any will do?

I found this one in eBay,

not, where can I find one that is? And javacards? Do I need a special reader
or any one will do? Also, where I can purchase one?

Sorry for asking so many questions but I couldn't find any good source for
info except from this list.
