[Muscle] [Announce] PCSC/Ada v0.5 released

Hi,

I'm proud to announce the first public release of PCSC/Ada.

The PCSC/Ada library provides bindings to PC/SC-middleware for the Ada
programming language. The library allows you to communicate with smart
cards using the SCard API with Ada.

Besides the thin and thick bindings to PC/SC, the actual version
contains the API documentation for PCSC/Ada version 0.5, code examples,
unit- and integration test suites.
