I left this stuff out, since I assume that I am actually doing something
wrong with the card itself, and not with the pc/sc commands. For
completeness: pcsc-lite 1.4.3, Ominkey 3621 with the Omnikey driver 3.4.0.
The error is more or less the same in windows with the winscard library.
