[Muscle] how to start and where to start ?

I'm a newbie to this ( recently joined ) 
I would like to contribute to this project. 
Please let me know where to start and what to refer ?

I'm good @ C/C++ and middleware stack ..  So, I would like to use these skill set to contribute to this project .. 
If you guys could help me out in coming up to speed that would be a great help to me ...
