[Muscle] beta version of pcsc-lite 1.4.99

Hello,

A long awaited change in pcsc-lite has happened. It is now possible to
have 32 and 64 PC/SC clients talking to the same pcscd. It may be used
on amd64 (also called x86-64) architectures for example.

It is just a beta version. Test it and report any problem to this
mailing list. The archive is available at [1].

- add support of mix 32/64 bits platforms.  Thanks to Jacob Berkman for
  the big patch
- increase MAX_READERNAME from 52 to 100
- default ipcdir is /var/run/pcscd instead of /var/run so the directory
  can be shared locally between 32/64 bits systems on chroots
- display time delta between two lines of logs when printed to stderr
- some other minor improvements and bug corrections

The directory [1] also contains a beta vesion of my CCID driver. This
version contains support of some new readers and better support for
*BSD and Mac OS X. See the included ChangeLog file for more details.
