[Muscle] NXP JCOP 41 2.1 72k and Muscle Applet

I would appreciate some help.

I have a NXP JCOP 41 card working with a cardman 5321 on ubuntu linux.
I am trying to upload the musclecard applet so I can use the card as a
token. I would like to view and edit the source code before I compile
and upload the applet.

I have eclipse running with the jcde plugin using the java card kit
2.2.2. I also have gpshell running although I would rather use eclipse.

So what is the command to upload the applet, and how do I get the source
for the applet viewable and editable using eclipse ?

If someone could point me to a guide that would be very helpful.
