[Muscle] unable to access sle4428 using acr38u-spc with pcsc-lite

Hi,

I'm unable to fetch the card ATR, the program fails with Transaction
Failed on SCardControl function.

The same works fine on windows.
Has any one got success with acr38u-spc reader and sle4428 cards?
Goggling led me to posts with same problem.
