[Muscle] muclecard+opensc works, but...

Hello,

I test MCardApplet-0.9.11,muscleframework-1.1.6,libmusclecard-1.3.3 and 
muscletool-2.1.0  with smartcafe expter 64.

Applet loaded  into javacard with gpshell 1.4.1 without problems.

Patched opensc 0.11.3 to work:
edited iso7816.c and added "apdu.cla=0x00;" on line 606.

I formated smartcard with muscletool and:
#pkcs15-init --erase --use-default-transport-key
#pkcs15-init --create-pkcs15 --use-default-transport-keys --profile 
pkcs15+onepin
#pkcs15-init --generate-key rsa/1024 --auth-id 01 --key-usage sign,decrypt

Generate csr with openssl and engine_pkcs11 works.

#pkcs15-init --store-certificate user2007.crt

Tested with mozilla and opensc-pkcs11.so works.

But I been thinking, where is the problem the applet or opensc ?
Apparently opensc send but CLA for iso7816 get_response.
