The one from the "NXP JCOP Training 2007" CD-ROM which was included in
my smartcard delivery from usasmartcard.com in a folder called "JCOP
Tools 3.1.2 install". 

But in the meantime I finally managed to install the MuscleCard Applet 
using gpshell, so I hopefully am on my way to a happy MuscleCard user 
now ;)
