[Muscle] produceing a SMS TPDU format in Linux

Dear All,

I am trying to send a token form my Linux box(debian)to GSM cards through
serial communication (bluetooth or IrDA(Infrared)) and  local SMS messages.

What I don't know is how to produce a SMS TPDU format in Linux. Is there any
libraries or API I can use or any other solutions
