I committed a patch in revision 2712 if the CCID driver.

The patch [1] is to edit the file /etc/udev/rules/50_libccid.rules and
add the lines:
# last file created by the kernel, if this is present everything should be
WAIT_FOR_SYSFS="bInterfaceProtocol"

# sleep for 100ms - the wait_for_sysfs might not be enough
PROGRAM="/bin/sleep 0.1"

just after ACTION!="add", GOTO="pcscd_ccid_rules_end"

The reload the configuration using:
$ sudo /etc/init.d/udev reload
