The memory card is for unit testing a PKCS#11 implementation that uses pcsclite.

You create an ifdhandler implementation that does everything in software and modify /etc/reader.conf to use it :-)

Yes, I need to use a real ATR, contrary (it seems) to the IFDHPowerICC() documentation, which suggests that a empty ATR is acceptable.
