You do not tell what version of libmusclecard you try to build.

I just check with version 1.3.3 and it works fine.

These functions are provided by the file libmusclecard-1.3.3/src/debug.c

In the SVN repository this file is a link to debug.c provided by PCSC.
But that should not be a problem.
