[Muscle] Probelm with an unpowered card

Hello,
before I play with PC/SC I have used the CT-API.
Now I have the problem, that when an card is in the reader it has the
state 0x0422 witch mean unpowered. What must I do to activate this
card?(without remove and reinsert it) When I try SCardConnect it will
result in an error reader/card not ready.
