    I am writing driver for smart card Hardware,  we are using ACR38 
smartcard for our testing.  I am issuing command like PTS Request, Card 
Challenge etc,  for all the command card is responding with 6E 00.  
Should I append CRC at the end of command header or I should send only 
command header.
